With a strong raw material sourcing backbone, yarns are spun on the world class mule spinning machines & ring frames coupled with complimentary carding machines. We follow a systematic approach while designing and manufacturing a wide assortment of woolen blankets, transportation blankets, relief blankets, shoddy synthetic blankets, hospital blankets, hotels blankets or defence blankets and other allied products. Given below is the entire process of blankets starting from yarn spinning, weaving, processing and final packaging:
 
Weaving Unit
Our group is equipped with efficient Rapier Looms & Power Looms along with the complete wrapping facility. In our Weaving division, latest Power Looms and Rapier Looms are used. The machinery has been imported from Taiwan for the match of quality and perfection. The looms have a weaving widths ranging from 54” to 150” for the blankets. Incorporating more than 60 looms in the weaving process, we are capable of meeting the voluminous demands of our clients. Moreover, we have electronic dobby sets to facilitate us in creating exclusive designs and mutli -color combinations.

Shuttle Less Looms
We are the sole manufacturer, who has been in manufacturing of blankets with the use of latest technology. We are the one who started the production on Shuttle Less Looms with the newest designs.

Power Looms
We have fine jackards and dobby looms, which gives us the exclusive design and pattern on blankets. We have jackards of: 600, 900, and 1200 hooks, which give us the clear picture of designs. As the hooks of jackards increases the clarity of design increases. Dobby looms helps us in giving checks, stripes and borders design, which give the blanket an exclusive looks.

Processing Unit
One of the most finest & modernized unit in the town, we are equipped to handle the manufacturing of the blankets in light & heavy weight. After weaving process, the blankets rolls are sent to raising unit, where dry raised process is done under our efficient labour and masters.
The Raising machines with the maximum width of 110 inc, which is helpful in raising & brushing of any quality & size of blankets. The finishing machine is a automated finishing, which consist of double brushing system gives blanket a shine and smooth feel.

Packing & Delivery
After the processing process, the finished blankets are sent to satin division where labour bind each blanket with satin and quality label on its sides with an efficiency. When satin and label work is done, the blanket are ready to pack in individual poly bag with highly supervision of staff.

After the final inspection they are subjected to packaging so as to ensure that they reach our clients in a safe and sound manner. We use Heavy Duty “Bale Pressing” machine to pack the finished goods, whereby the bales are prepared of the finished goods with the purpose of final transportation in an efficient manner.

In order to ascertain that the products are delivered at our clients end safely, we have in-house facilities for stuffing goods.
